At Eleven Love, we are committed to processing all orders as quickly as possible. Because all of our jewelry is handmade, please allow up to 1-3 business days to process, please factor in this time in addition to shipping estimates.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All domestic shipping is fulfilled through Canada Post on our end.

Free Shipping within Canada: With the free shipping option, packages will go regular mail so there will be no insurance + no tracking information.

Canada Post Expedited + Xpresspost Parcel: Includes tracking number and should arrive within 1-7 business days of shipping date. Tracking number will be provided via email once item is shipped.

US SHIPPING

All US shipping is fulfilled through Canada Post on our end. USPS Expedited/Tracked/Xpresspost Parcel: Includes tracking number. Generally arrives within 1-10 business days. Tracking number will be provided. Many packages take time passing through customs, especially those containing jewelry. This process is out of our control and, as a result, arrival times may vary.

We offer free domestic and US tracked shipping on all orders over $100.

Returns can be made within 30 days of purchase. We also offer exchanges or store credit.

Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Eleven Love is not responsible for items that are lost/damaged in transit when returning.

You can expect a refund once we receive the item in good condition.

We accept online payments with Stripe, Paypal, Apple Pay, and Afterpay.

We are unable to change your password for you, but after clicking the link on the homepage, you can click Forgot password? to send yourself a password reset email. This link expires after 24 hours.

It’s not possible for you to delete your own account, but we can do so on our end upon request. If you would like us to do so, please email us at hello@elevenlove.com.

Our emails are sent with a third-party service called Flodesk. You should see an Unsubscribe notification at the bottom of every email. Follow the prompts to remove yourself from our email list. Yes! Logging into an account at checkout is optional. You can proceed without an account by checking out as a guest.

All of our jewelry is handmade by us with light and love.

We believe that the number 11 holds special meaning and symbolism. 11 is considered to be the master number in numerology. When we see 11:11, we believe it is a nudge from the Universe reminding us to keep our thoughts positive and that divine power is always there for us. It is a reminder to remember our most precious wishes in life, and to help guide us towards manifesting them. We just need to remember, and ask, and believe!

We choose the highest quality of natural crystals to make our jewelry. We try to hand select them in local stores as much as we can. We choose the crystals that we are drawn to and what resonates with us in the moment.

We use 14K gold-filled beads and chain. This is waterproof and will not tarnish. It is a softer gold and the chain may stretch a little over time.

Yes we do! We have number of stores that sell our products in the Ottawa Ontario area. Please check our stockist list page. We also have a pickup option when ordering, if you live in the area.
